Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lingo Lamb Pte Ltd (“LingoLamb”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore, and apply when you use our lesson booking site, booking.lingolamb.com. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

Your account

• Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Lessons and credits cannot be transferred to someone else.

Plans and payments

• Prices are shown in Singapore dollars on the plan page before you pay.
• Payments are processed by HitPay. Your card is saved securely by HitPay (not by us) so your plan can renew.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each plan period, and your saved card is charged then. We email you a reminder 3 days before each renewal.
• You can cancel your plan at any time on the Plan page. Cancelling stops future renewals. Lessons you have already paid for stay usable.
• Lesson credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look into it.

Booking and cancelling lessons

• Each lesson is a 45-minute online 1-to-1 lesson and uses 1 lesson credit.
• You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the lesson starts, and the credit is returned.
• Cancelling later than 12 hours before, or not attending, will result in forfeit of the credit.
• If your sensei has to cancel, your credit is returned.
• Sensei Guarantee: you can try and swap senseis at no extra cost to find the ones that suit you best.

Messages and files

• Messages are for lesson-related communication. Please be respectful. No harassment, spam, or illegal or offensive content.
• Files shared in messages are deleted automatically 60 days after they are sent. Please keep your own copy of anything you need.

Lesson materials

Materials your sensei shares are for your personal learning only and may not be resold or published.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the platform.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site available and your lessons running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the issue.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will let you know by email or on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
